Demo: Unattached Burden
This month is no ordinary UB unburdening. It's a good example of when a client is pretty sure they have a UB and the therapist is not so sure. But the therapist is able to stay in the relationship and so is the client, and there is an unfolding process that we follow.

A little more about me...
My name is Stephanie Mitchell and I'm a
Certified Level 3 IFS Therapist working in private practice in Australia.
I am a Level 3 trained IFS therapist, trainer, group therapist, and supervisor working in private practice. I specialize in working with complex trauma and have undertaken extensive training in the IFS model, including 100+ hours with Richard Schwartz. I am passionate about understanding the nuance of IFS and bringing that to my practice and teachings.
