Rachel Furbank
"I recently finished Stephanie’s IFS Skills Immersion and the skills are already flowing through into my practise. What I learned from Stephanie is that it is less about the protocol, and more about being with all the parts present in a slow, gentle and curious way. It truly is an amazing framework to hold.
Thank you, Stephanie, for all your energy, holding of the group, and informative parts that shared so much. I also want to send a shout out to your amazingly skilful and grounded PA's.
The training was rich and rewarding in so many ways."

"Stephanie models 'radical openness' in speaking for her experience and her parts. It allowed me to engage more in the training and felt like being able to embody what I was learning"
